Le robinet thermostatique du radiateur est un dispositif qui va permettre de régler élément par élément la puissance d’un radiateur.

Une chaudière au gaz produit de l’eau chaude et alimente les radiateurs pour chauffer les pièces équipées du logement.

Le robinet thermostatique permet de régler la quantité d’eau transmise pour maîtriser sa consommation énergétique. Il se compose des éléments suivants :

une sonde (permettant de mesurer la température)
une vanne (permettant de régler le débit d’eau circulant au sein du radiateur)
un bouton poignée (permettant à l’usager de régler la température restituée à sa guise)
En quoi consiste l’opération ?
Il s’agit de la mise en place de robinets thermostatiques sur des radiateurs existants raccordés à un système de chauffage central à combustible avec chaudière existante dans des bâtiments résidentiels existants.

Cette opération doit-être impérativement réalisée par un professionnel pour être prise en charge par le dispositif des CEE.
